Employee Advocacy
Our Client Advocate team is comprised of high level professionals with backgrounds in Human Resources, Insurance Carrier Claim Centers, Customer Service and Logistics. These professionals have a cumulative experience of 30 years in the industry and can manage the process on behalf of your employees.
We will be your plan participants’ advocate in resolving their employee benefit plan issues. We call the hospital, provider, insurance company, etc. and do what it takes to solve the problem. We then communicate to the employee what the next course of action should be. Whatever the issue pertaining to benefits, we are there to solve it.
Our goal is to become an extension of your employment culture and we see it as our job to treat your plan participants as you would treat them. Courtesy, accuracy, and quick response times are our utmost concerns.
