JKJ Benefits assists in the benefits communication process throughout the year starting with designing a full open-enrollment campaign. There are many complex issues that need to be communicated properly such as increasing cost of benefits, orientation, entitlement issues, fringe to flex, benefit complexity, changing marketplace, and technology.
When we communicate with employees, our goals are not just to disseminate information, to explain plan provisions or to meet legal requirements, but to educate employees to become better health care consumers. We communicate in a way that impacts employee behavior.
Our employee communications are customized to our specific client’s needs. We have the ability to create employee communications in-house or utilize an outside communications consultant to develop and print/produce a client’s open enrollment communication materials.
