Vision Centre is pleased to announce Bruce White, CEO of Johnson, Kendall and Johnson (JKJ), has been appointed to the Board of Trustees. Vision Centre’s mission is to build and strengthen relationships between universities and aging services providers to develop strong and sustainable academic leadership programs to support the field.

“Throughout the tenure of my career I’ve worked alongside many of the senior living organizations that are involved with this crucial nonprofit,” shared Bruce. “It’s a delight to work alongside my peers to address the future of the aging services workforce.”

Bruce joined JKJ in 1986 and has served as the managing partner since 1994. With comprehensive expertise in insurance and risk management, he has been instrumental in leading the JKJ team for 35 years. Under Bruce’s leadership, the team has excelled in designing, implementing, and servicing risk management and insurance programs for their clients. He has driven JKJ’s successful sales and marketing initiatives, overseeing client service delivery, relationships with insurance companies, and new business development.

“Bruce is an excellent addition to the Board of Trustees,” shares Doug Olson, Chief Executive Officer and President of Vision Centre. “He brings a new perspective and network to our organization. We are excited for what the future holds.”

Bruce holds a business administration degree from Temple University and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He currently serves on the regional and national advisory councils for several leading insurance companies. He serves as the Chairman of the Philadelphia Board of Directors for the German American Chamber of Commerce, Newtown Business Commons, and the Community Welfare Council of Newtown.
