This is a challenging and stressful time for everyone, and taking steps to care for your mental health has never been more important. The evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic is likely to evoke feelings of anxiety, stress, and loneliness for many people, and those with existing mental health conditions may be particularly at risk for increased symptoms.

While concerns about the pandemic are valid, it is important to remember that there are measures you can take to stay grounded and mentally healthy during this time of uncertainty.

Mental Health America (MHA) has put together an infographic that provides information to help you and your family members understand how COVID-19 may be impacting your mental health, as well as some tools to help you reduce anxiety while social distancing at home.
