The Bell Seal is a first-of-its-kind national certification that recognizes employers who meet or exceed workplace practices and standards that promote positive employee mental health and well-being.
The Bell Seal was introduced in 2019 to distinguish employers invested in workplace mental health by awarding recognition levels of Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each year, participating groups undergo a rigorous evaluation of policies and practices in four key areas: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs. Mental Health America works with national leaders in workplace mental health to continuously refine the Bell Seal program and set the standards for meaningfully supporting employee mental health.
